Club Policy
It is hereby understood that, if you send a sms to our committee members to become one of our "Registered Member" or becoming "friends" in the club's online community, either thru Facebook or Friendster, you will hereby agree to this following club policy. We reserved the rights to ammend this policy from time to time without any prior notice to members.
"Club" ; "Committee" ; "Organisers" ; "We" ; "Our" herein refers to KTVCLUB SG. KTVCLUB SG is not registered with ACRA, we are a non-profitable club in Singapore organising karaoke outings to our registered members on a freelance basis only.
"Members" herein refers to registered members of KTVCLUB SG.
"Community" herein refers to Friendster Fan Profile of url: http://www.friendster.com/ktvclub or Facebook Profile of url: http://www.facebook.com/ktvclubsg or Facebook Page url: http://www.facebook.com/ktvclub
"Websites" herein refers to our official website of url: http://www.ktvclub.blogspot.com/
"Visitors" herein refers to any visitors visiting the club's community or websites.
1. All normal karaoke outings will be capped @ the maximum of 8 pax per room. If there is more than a total of 8 members attending, we will "split room". This is to ensure all members have more chance to sing throughout the session.
2. Members of the public who are interested to attend our outings must be registered with Nigel Tan @ Mobile +65 8249-7486. Once registered, you will officially known as our Registered Member. All information collected will be strictly confidential within the club's committee only. KTVCLUB SG does not sell your details to any third parties. Whilst all endeavours is made to protect your details, we are not responsible for any theft, leak of information, virus invasion of our database. Members may be notified of advertising promotions or message from our sponsors through the sms server, if you would like to cancel this service, please email to: ktvclubmember@gmail.com
3. Members or visitors are not allowed to advertise, tout any products or services, either during outings or thru our Websites/Community without KTVCLUB SG written permission. Scolding of vulgar languages, making harsh comments directly or indirectly is prohibited from our friendster/facebook profiles or websites. Your IP Address may be logged for security reasons. Offenders will be reported & banned from the club.
4. The club will not entertain irrelevant queries and we reserve the right to reject any member from joining as one of our registered members. We strongly encourage that you view our Community/Websites thoroughly before you join, so that you have a rough idea on how our club's outing will be like.
5. We will not be responsible for any injuries, disputes or any problems arising during the outings, community or websites. Members/Visitors of the club are to ensure proper attitude & behaviour. We may dismiss/ban any members who misconduct due to mental problems or trying to question the ability of the Club/Committee. No notice period will be given to such member.
6. Standard karaoke room charges, taxes or organising fee may be payable on the club's outing. It is the member responsibility to clarify the amount to be paid in full, from the organisers.
7. FOR Members who SMS/Email the committee to confirm their seats, if you failed to attend, please provide a valid reason within 24hrs. If there is no valid reason provided, we will ban and remove you from our club database. The club will not tolerate anyone who does not respect the outing.
8. All seats during karaoke outings are strictly on a "Free Seating" basis. We will not be responsible for any seating arrangements; reason is we cannot satisfy individual's preference of rooms and companionship. Members who are late for the outings, may be assigned to a designated karaoke room from the organisers, such arrangements are non-negotiable.
9. Members of the club who wish to join our outings must give a confirmation and book their seats latest one hour before the outing. Special events may require members to book their seats earlier, please check with the organisers for further details. Members who gave a late confirmation, will not be able to attend the outing. Decision will be final from the organisers.
10. Official sponsors and advertisers may send out sms or email marketing campaigns to our registered members from time to time, the club will not be responsible for any lose or damages caused from these marketing campaigns.
11. We will not be responsible for any lost or damages caused by any person, companies or organisations to our club members. (Please be cautious when such event occurs, there may be other people/company imposing as one of our Committee/Club, trying to tout you some products or services.) If you happen to came across this situation, please inform the committee immediately.
12. We will charge a nominal fee from advertisers or sponsors at our discreet to cover operating costs, event costs and promotion campaigns. Such fee will be kept by the Committee for any future event usage. Registered Members of the Club will not have any share of such fee.
13. All members of the Club shall abside by all rules and regulations of event place, outing venue, whether is the property of the place and shall make no damages to such place. Any damages caused by the member, we will report your details to the relevant authorities for further investigations.

We welcome any kakis/members/fans/visitors to organize karaoke outings thru their own network of friends and not thru our club's "Discussion Board"; "Tag Board" or advertise/soliciting at any of KTVCLUB SG Community/Websites. Offenders found doing so, will be given one warning. Subsequent actions will result offenders getting banned from the club. This is to protect the interest of the club and prevent any "misleading" to the members of the public.
