Hi All!

Just a quick update on what actually happened to Ktvclub Sg.

Many of our members had been asking why the club had stopped organising karaoke outings this few months? Well, the reason behind it is complicated, yet simple. We all know that "H1N1" was actively invading the whole world including Singapore, and for the safety for all members, we decided to temporary paused all the outings. Another reason was the Club Committee changes within Ktvclub Sg, plus a review made on our Club's Policy and etc.

It has been a hard time for the past two years. We received many of the un-wanted issues which caused disruptions to the operations, disturbance to our members and even people critizing the club. Nevertheless, this DOES NOT STOP us from organising more outings for the Singing Enthusiastic! We are sure that people who supported/stay with us from the beginning are people who actually loves singing and networking. The support from our Registered Members had greatly impact the growth of the club.

Generally, Ktvclub Sg will not had gone so far and successfully without EVERYONE support! We strongly urge all members to stand-by for a series of upcoming events and outings that will commence from October 2009.

Lastly, To All The Supporters of KTVCLUB SG, Thank You !!!

1. This event is open to all 'KTVCLUB SG' members residing in

Singapore

. We also welcome those who have yet to join us. You may invite your friends to come onboard, provided they agree to the terms stated here.

2. The fee stated above shall cover the following:

- Usage of the karaoke facilities

- One Standard Drink

- One Lucky Draw Coupon

- Catered Food

3. We will not entertain any booking of seats after 19-April-2009 (2359hrs).

4. This event shall only be opened to the first 30 successful registrations.

5. To encourage interaction between members, all songs on that day shall be shared by at least 2 singers at any point of time. All attendees are encouraged to choose duets or group songs.

6. Only mandarin songs are allowed during the event.

7. Committee’s decisions on lucky draw prize winners are final.

8. We reserve the right to approve or reject any members’ registration for this event.

9. KTVCLUB SG reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions stated here without any prior notice.

Payment Terms

1. Cash Payment shall be made personally to Alex Xu during our club’s normal KTV outings.

2. ATM/Internet Fund Transfer shall be made only to Nigel Tan. Payment instruction will be sent via sms (from mobile no. 8429-7486) to those who opt to pay by this option. Please keep your fund transfer receipt and SMS the transaction no. to Nigel Tan at 8249-7486.

3. We will issue Official Receipts by email once payment confirmed. Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Registration will only be considered valid upon our receipt of payment before the closing dates mentioned above.
